As someone who lives out of a suitcase (I'm a pilot), I need one that is up for the job. It needs to be rugged (hard shell), the zippers need to work well, it should be able to fit my world in it (cue the expansion!). It also needs to hold my take away breakfast (hooks provided) and be easy to push or pull through the airport (smooth wheels). The detachable wheels are an added bonus, and the beautiful baby pink color is the cherry on top of the cake! Also, nobody should be able to mistake my bag for theirs, thanks to the name customisation! Also, I use the 'secret compartment' for my air tag!
Also, Meenakshi and her team were amazing to deal with. I wasn't available on the day that the bag was going to be delivered, so they organised it on a day that I would be at home.

It is genuinely really spacious has a sling to it fits a lot of stuff n is quite cool only drawback is as a traveler on the go I like the idea of a mirror at the back but it makes it fragile because I dropped the bag once from my cupboard so it cracked and broke into piece, travel requires items to be sturdy and like sort of non fragile so if they could change that.. its good deal for the price and quality of material is good all the sections are lovely as well n little touches are nice too like the extra transparent pouch its lovely to keep some items u think can leak!
