Get your NORI. Put it to the test. If it doesn't fit into your life, send it back for a full refund or exchange it for another NORI — no questions asked.

How to return: Raise a request directly from your profile on our website, or email us at hello@mynori.com.

Please keep in mind

The 30-day trial applies only to purchases made on www.mynori.com. Purchases from retail stores or marketplaces are covered under the return policies of those respective platforms. Returns must include the original packaging and invoice. B2B orders are excluded.

Refunds

Once your return is received and approved, your refund will be processed to the original payment method.

Depending on your bank, refunds can take up to 10 working days to reflect in your account.

If it's been longer than that, write to us at hello@mynori.com and we'll sort it out right away.

Replacements — Damaged or Wrong Items

If something's not right with your order, we'll make it right. Reach out within 30 days of delivery.

We'll replace

  • Items that arrive damaged or broken in transit
  • Incorrect or missing items in your order

We can't replace

  • Products that are damaged, soiled, or used after delivery
To raise a replacement request

Write to us at hello@mynori.com with clear photos or a short video of the product, including the batch number on the product tag. If you're reaching out from a different email or phone number than the one used to place the order, please attach your invoice. Keep the product sealed or as close to its original condition as possible.

Shipping & Payment

Shipping is on us — free across India, no code required.

In select cities, we offer same-day delivery so your NORI reaches you the moment you need it.

Cash on Delivery

COD orders come with an additional ₹100 processing fee, added at checkout.

Cancellations

You can cancel your order any time before it ships. Once shipped, cancellation is no longer possible, but you're always covered by the 30-day trial.

Warranty

Organisers, Accessories & Bags: These categories do not come with a warranty. Instead, they are covered by our 30-day no-questions-asked return and exchange policy. If you run into any issues during that window, we've got you — just reach out.
