Luggage Exchange Program

Last updated: 23 October 2026. These terms apply to the NORI Luggage Exchange offer on mynori.com. When you ask for an exchange code, or use one at checkout, you agree to them.

In short

• Upload 4 photos and a short video of your old suitcase, tell us its brand and condition, and get ₹1,000 to ₹2,000 off a NORI luggage order. ₹2,000 is for Tumi, Rimowa and Samsonite bags.
• One code per mobile number, one old bag per new NORI bag, valid till 31 December 2026.
• Use it together with one more NORI coupon code.
• We pick up the old bag from your delivery address 7 days after your new bag is delivered. Pickup is free.
• Exchange orders are final once delivered and are not part of our 100-day returns. Transit damage and the 6-year warranty are still covered.
• If the bag we collect doesn’t match your answers, or isn’t handed over, you pay the difference.

1. The offer

1. Exchange one old suitcase or trolley bag and get an instant discount on one eligible NORI luggage product bought on mynori.com.
2. The discount depends on the two answers you give in the exchange form:

Your old bag	Good condition	Damaged
Notable brands: Tumi, Rimowa, Samsonite	₹2,000	₹1,500
Other brands, including Mokobara	₹1,500	₹1,000
   No brand	₹1,000	₹1,000

3. We don’t change the value after you get your code, as long as the bag we collect matches your answers (see section 4).
4. Eligible products are the luggage products that show the “Exchange your old luggage” option on their page: the Cabin Wheelie and the luggage sets. The code doesn’t work on other products, gift cards or pre-order balance payments, or on Amazon or any other store.
5. The discount comes off the product price. It doesn’t apply to shipping or COD charges.
6. One code per mobile number and one code per order. Each code covers one old bag against one new NORI luggage item. To exchange more than one bag, write to us.
7. The code is valid until 31 December 2026, or until we end the offer, whichever comes first.
8. You can use the code together with one other NORI coupon code. The exchange value comes off first, and the other code applies to the reduced price.
9. The code has no cash value. It can’t be exchanged for cash or store credit, sold or transferred.

2. Which bags we accept

1. Any suitcase or trolley bag of any size (cabin, medium or large), hard or soft shell, from any brand.
2. We don’t accept backpacks, handbags, laptop bags, duffels or holdalls without wheels, or boxes.
3. We can’t accept bags that are wet, mouldy or infested, that smell strongly, or that are broken into pieces.
4. Good condition: all wheels roll, the handle extends and locks, the zips or locks open and close, and the shell or fabric has no cracks or tears. Scuffs, scratches, stains and faded colour are fine.
5. Damaged: still one whole bag, but with at least one of these: a broken or missing wheel, a handle that won’t extend or lock, a broken zip or lock, a crack in the shell, or a tear in the fabric.
6. Notable brands: the Tumi, Rimowa or Samsonite name or logo is on the bag. Other brands: another luggage brand whose name or logo is on the bag, for example Mokobara, American Tourister, VIP, Safari, Skybags, Aristocrat, Nasher Miles or Uppercase. You tell us the name in the form. No brand: any other suitcase or trolley bag.
7. Photos and video: to get a code, upload 4 photos of the bag (front, back, side, and wheels and base) and one video of up to 30 seconds showing the handle and wheels working. They must show the bag you will hand over.

3. Pickup

1. We collect the old bag from the delivery address on your order, from the 7th day after your new NORI bag is delivered. We’ll message or call you on the mobile number you gave us to confirm the slot.
2. Pickup is free of charge.
3. Please empty the bag and remove any tags with your personal details. Unlock any number lock or leave it open. We are not responsible for anything left inside.
4. Our pickup partner may check the bag and take photos at pickup. We make up to 2 pickup attempts.
5. Once collected, the old bag belongs to NORI and won’t be returned. We pass bags on for reuse, donation or recycling.

4. If the bag doesn’t match, or isn’t handed over

1. We check every bag against your photos and video when it reaches us. If it isn’t the bag in them, or it falls in a lower-value category than you told us (for example non-branded instead of branded, or damaged instead of good condition), we’ll send you photos within 7 days of receiving it, along with a payment link for the difference between the two values. Please pay it within 7 days.
2. If the bag isn’t one we accept (section 2), the pickup partner may refuse it. That counts as not handed over.
3. If we can’t collect an accepted bag within 15 days of your new bag’s delivery, because you weren’t available for 2 attempts or chose not to hand it over, we’ll send a payment link for the full exchange value. Please pay it within 7 days.
4. If a payment due under this section isn’t made, we may recover it as an amount owed on your order and may refuse future offers.

5. Cancellations, returns and refunds

1. You can cancel an exchange order any time before it ships. We refund what you paid, the exchange is cancelled and we don’t collect your old bag.
2. Exchange orders are final once delivered. They aren’t covered by NORI’s 100-day return policy, and the exchange value is non-refundable in every case.
3. This doesn’t affect your rights if your new bag arrives damaged, defective, wrong or not as described. Tell us within 30 days of delivery, with photos or a video, and we’ll replace it. If we can’t replace it, we’ll refund what you paid. The 6-year NORI luggage warranty applies as usual.
4. If a refund is ever due on an exchange order, it is the amount you actually paid. The exchange value is never paid out.

6. Your details

1. We collect your name, mobile number, pickup pincode, your answers about the bag, and the photos and video you upload. We use them only to issue your code, check the bag, arrange the pickup and contact you about this exchange.
2. We store them in NORI’s own Google account and share them only with our delivery and pickup partners, for that purpose. We never sell them.
3. We keep them while the exchange is open and for up to 12 months after it closes, for our accounts and any disputes, and then delete them.
4. You can ask to see, correct or delete your details, or withdraw your consent, by writing to hello@mynori.com. If you withdraw consent before the pickup, we can’t complete the exchange, and section 4 applies.

7. General

1. We may refuse or cancel a code if we see misuse, such as several codes for one person, codes shared or sold, or false answers in the form. If an order using such a code hasn’t shipped, we may cancel it and refund it in full.
2. We may change or end the offer by updating this page. Codes already issued keep the terms that applied when they were issued.
3. These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts in Mumbai have jurisdiction. This doesn’t affect your right to approach a consumer commission.
4. Questions or complaints: hello@mynori.com. Our Grievance Officer’s details are on our Contact page.
