Loved how well coordinated and functional my luggage is every time I step in the airport. Additionally, the wheels are super smooth and silent; also cushion handle has to be my favourite addition to this luggage system.
I’ve taken this on two trips..and this vaulette is easily the most hassle free innerwear organiser - makes luggage sorting so easy and keeping innerwear neat and organised. Also makes a useful gift for travel loving friends.
I received a defective piece in the captioned order. The fixable handle does not open on one side and therefore I am unable to fix it on both sides. Please see the attaching video which shows the defect.
Hence I am placing my request for a return and refund of the amount paid. I request you to let me know how to go about it.
