What is the minimum order quantity?
Our minimum for gifting orders is 10 units. Volume pricing applies from 25 units.
How does personalisation work?
You share a spreadsheet with recipient names. We apply initials and quality-check every piece before dispatch.
What is the lead time for bulk orders?
Standard lead time is 10–14 working days. Rush orders (7 days) available on orders of 50 units and above.
Can we mix colours in one order?
Yes — all colourways can be mixed within a single order. Minimum 5 units per colour.
Do you ship pan-India?
Yes, with full tracking. Centralised delivery or individual multi-address delivery both available.
Is custom packaging available?
Yes — branded gift boxes and custom note cards are available on orders of 25 units and above, on request.
Do you work with event planners and gifting curators?
