I received a defective piece in the captioned order. The fixable handle does not open on one side and therefore I am unable to fix it on both sides. Please see the attaching video which shows the defect.
Hence I am placing my request for a return and refund of the amount paid. I request you to let me know how to go about it.
Bag quality is insanely good, please go for it. The bag is little bit heavy but it is a carry ok and u can fit many things in it.
