Get your NORI. Put it to the test. If it doesn't fit into your life, send it back for a full refund or exchange it for another NORI — no questions asked. Luggage (Carry-On Wheelie) has a 100-day return window. All other products: 30 days.

How to return: Raise a request directly from your profile on our website, or email us at hello@mynori.com.

Once your return is received and approved, your refund will be processed to the original payment method.

Depending on your bank, refunds can take up to 10 working days to reflect in your account.

If it's been longer than that, write to us at hello@mynori.com and we'll sort it out right away.

If something's not right with your order, we'll make it right. Reach out within 30 days of delivery.

• Items that arrive damaged or broken in transit
• Incorrect or missing items in your order

We can't replace

• Products that are damaged, soiled, or used after delivery

Shipping is on us — free across India, no code required.

In select cities, we offer same-day delivery so your NORI reaches you the moment you need it.

You can cancel your order any time before it ships. Once shipped, cancellation is no longer possible, but you're always covered by our return policy (30 days for organisers/accessories, 100 days for luggage).
