We do not offer a warranty on our travel organisers or organiser sets.
However, all organiser products are covered under our 30-day no-questions-asked return policy.

If you face any issues within this period, please reach out to us at hello@mynori.com and our team will be happy to assist you with a return or an exchange.

You can also raise a return request directly from your profile section on our website.

Please note:

  • Warranty is not applicable on organiser products.
  • The 30-day return/exchange policy applies only to purchases made on www.myNORI.com.
  • Returns are accepted only with the original packaging and the invoice provided at the time of purchase.
