We provide replacements for:

1. Orders that arrive damaged, broken during transit.
2. Incorrect or missing items in your order.

We do not provide replacements for:

1. Damaged, soiled & used products.

To raise a replacement request:

2. Please share the images/videos of the product with batch number on the product tag.
3. Please attach invoice in case you reach out to us from any other email-id or mobile number other than the one used to place your order.
4. Please make sure that the product is sealed or as close to its original condition as possible.
